Ordered online and was greeted nicely and everything delivered on the same day. Flowers were beautiful and well received with chocolates and balloon. It's 8 days later and flowers are still looking great and fresh with the balloon still floating above them, can't say much about the chocolates though, haha.... Prompt delivery. Person on the phone was helpful. However, flowers were not delivered in a vase as requested but came separately from the flowers. The vase was too small for the amount of flowers I had purchased. The recipient said the roses were not fresh arrived a little tattered. It was disappointing. The recipient rearranged the flowers into two vases which looked better. Order ref: 352231
