Not happy. The website is easy to navigate, I am working overseas, but seen the site which promised delivery the same day. I placed the order the day before, paid for it, then received an email the following morning saying that delivery to the area was not available for 3 days, so the order was cancelled. Then I had to wait 3 days until the money was reimbursed.
So, I had to race around and try and find someone who could fulfil the order in time. Order ref: 525455

Average. Website was fine and flower’s delivered however there was no tax invoice (even after requesting it) and no notification of delivery or acknowledgment so no idea if even completed, had to ask recipient if they received it! Order ref: 523381

Not as pictured. Bought a rose and Lily placement. Lilies were all closed not open like any of the photos. One lily has opened but my FIFO partner now has to go back to work so she probably won't experience them. Order ref: 521985
