Easy to navigate. Ordered flowers for a 60th birthday and unfortunately couldn't get the ones I wanted so I then left it to the florists choice. I wasn't disappointed as they were stunning and more importantly the birthday girl loved them. Order ref: 542426

The website was easy to navigate, but I still ended up calling through to Australia. Customer Service that way was excellent. However I was a bit disappointed that the flower arrangements did not seem as per the photo advertised. The photo on the website indicated there would be 14 (Tiger) lilies in a bunch, whereas, the photo supplied by the recipient seemed to indicate there were only 4 (Christmas) Lilies. And the flowers having only just come out into bloom now the ratio and size don’t balance with the bouquet as now they should. Also I thought Gerberas, Carnations and Roses put together are slightly ordinary, whereas I had asked if the Green Chrysanthemums (pictured) would be included because they seemed slightly more exotic and out of the ordinary. These comments are just honest, slight critiques - because if you care about these things, this might be useful. For balance, the recipient, however, was over the moon. Order ref: 540762
