My partner Andrew grew up in Summer Hill, proper Sydney kid. His best mate Dan lived in Sylvania Waters, and most weekends through high school they had this ritual. The Lily's Florist Story in Brief

I'm Siobhan, I started Lily's Florist with Andrew back in 2007 when we bought a tiny flower shop in Kingscliff in Northern NSW. We knew absolutely nothing about flowers. Our plan was actually to scale flowers down and sell organic baby products and skincare. That lasted about six months before we accidentally built a national flower delivery network of over 800 partner florists. We're still a Mum and Dad business. No boardrooms, no offshore call center, no marketing department. Business decisions get made at the dinner table or while driving the kids to netball. Our eldest Asha is graduating year 12 this year, our youngest Ivy is 14. Our call center is in Armidale NSW, staffed by Australians who we've trained ourselves over the years.
