What's In The Bunch
There's a reason this is one of our top sellers. The colour range sits in a sweet spot that works for almost any occasion and almost any recipient. Purple mauve roses, one large white oriental lily with tight buds that will keep opening for days, pale pink gerberas, pink lisianthus with ruffled petals and buds, small pink spray roses, and tiny clusters of pink waxflower filling the gaps. All of it held together with trailing green foliage and looped bear grass arching over the top.
The bear grass loops curving above the flowers are hand shaped by the florist. They draw the eye upward, add movement, and give the arrangement a sense of something extra that most people feel without being able to name. It takes an extra two minutes to loop and secure without snapping. When a florist adds that kind of detail without being asked, it tells you they care about the work.
This bunch has been our 4th most popular product over the past twelve months. Anna trained in floral design in North Carolina before spending over a decade working the bench in Australia, and she has a view on why this one outsells arrangements that cost more.
"This colour combination hits a sweet spot that florists recognise. It's not red enough to read as romantic. It's not bright enough to feel juvenile. It's not white enough to feel like sympathy. It sits in the pastel middle ground that works when you're not entirely sure what the occasion calls for, or when the occasion is just kindness. The purple roses stop it being predictably pink. The single lily gives it fragrance without overwhelming the room. And the mix of textures, the flat gerbera faces against the ruffled lisianthus against the tight spray roses, gives it a richness that reads as more expensive than it is. I've seen florists build this bunch and hold it back for a moment before wrapping it, just looking at it. When the person making the arrangement pauses to appreciate their own work, that tells you something."
Paul sent this bunch to a friend who "sent photos and was delighted with the flowers as was I." Heidi ordered at 6:30pm and her friend received them the next day, looking "better than on your site." Ruth called a similar arrangement "even better than illustration." When multiple people independently describe the flowers as exceeding the photo, the photo is underselling. That's the right way around.
Sizing
Four sizes. Standard starts at $80.95. Deluxe adds extra stems for $6 more. Premium at +$31 is the one in the photo with more of each flower type and a fuller, more layered look. Extra Large at +$45 is substantial.
Chris made a fair suggestion in his review about showing what each size looks like. We don't have photos of every size yet. The photo shows Premium. Standard will follow the same colour palette and style with fewer stems. If you're choosing between sizes and need guidance, call 1300 360 469 and the team can help.
Vase is not included. We sell flowers with vases separately. For pastels, a clear glass or soft white vase works best. The purple roses are subtle enough that a strongly coloured vase would overpower them.

Who Sends This One
Being 4th most popular across the whole range tells you this bunch has broad appeal. It's not niche. The pastel palette and the mix of flower types mean it lands well across a wide range of occasions.
Mother's Day is where pastels really thrive. The palette feels considered without being intense, which is exactly the register most people want for mum. It also suits birthday flowers for mum, birthday flowers for wife, and milestone celebrations like a 50th or 60th birthday where elegance matters more than volume.
Cheryl-Anne said we helped "make someone's day better." Wendy described "fabulous quality flowers and fast delivery." Prue valued the "helpful, informative service with feedback re order status." That order status feedback is the tracking system. When your order is placed, confirmed, and delivered, you get updates.
The bunch works for Secretary's Day and office delivery because the lily fragrance is present but not overwhelming with only one stem. For housewarming gifts it reads as a thoughtful rather than generic gesture. For thinking of you or I'm sorry, the pastel softness carries the right emotional weight without being showy.
This bunch contains one stem of oriental lily. The fragrance is noticeable but gentler than an all lily arrangement. However, lilies are toxic to cats. If the recipient has cats, consider our Pastel Gerberas at $80.75 for a similar soft palette without the lily risk. Browse the full mixed flowers range, lilies, or our florist's choice range for more options.
Care
When the bunch arrives, unwrap it, trim all stems at a forty five degree angle with sharp scissors, and strip every leaf below the waterline. Room temperature water for the first fill, about two thirds of the vase. Change it every two to three days.
Remove the pollen anthers from the lily bloom as soon as it opens, and from each bud as it follows. Pinch them off before the pollen starts to powder. It prevents stains and extends the bloom by three or four days.
The gerberas prefer shallower water than the roses and lily. With a mixed bunch like this, fill to about half the vase and top up regularly. The gerberas drink fast.
Different flowers will fade at different rates. The roses and lily will likely go first, around day seven to ten. The lisianthus buds will keep opening through that first week, adding new blooms as the initial ones fade. The gerberas hold well for eight to ten days. The waxflower and spray roses tend to last longest. As individual stems tire, pull them out. The arrangement shrinks gracefully rather than collapsing all at once.
The bear grass stays green and flexible throughout. Leave it in as long as you like.

Delivery
Your bunch is hand tied and delivered by a real partner florist from our network of 800+ across Australia. We've coordinated deliveries through this network since 2009. Made fresh on the day from market stock and hand delivered to the door.
Delivery is $16.95 Australia wide. That fee is subsidised. The actual cost of getting a florist to hand deliver to a specific address is often higher, but we absorb the difference.
Same day delivery if you order before 2pm on weekdays or 10am on Saturdays. Heidi ordered at 6:30pm and received next day delivery. If you order after the cutoff, the bunch goes out the following business day.
Geert's review is worth addressing directly. He requested delivery before 10am and the flowers arrived later, sitting outside for most of the day. We can pass timing preferences to the florist and most of the time they're accommodated. But the delivery window isn't always guaranteed because the florist routes deliveries based on geography and sequence. If you need a tight timing window, call us and we'll do our best to coordinate. And if there's any chance the recipient won't be home, add a delivery note suggesting a safe shaded spot to leave them.
"Sunday deliveries aren't something we offer and it comes down to freshness. Flower markets close Saturday afternoon. Any florist delivering on a Sunday is working with Friday stock, which is already three days old before it reaches the vase. That's roughly thirty percent of the vase life gone before the recipient even unwraps them. Some companies offer Sunday delivery regardless. We'd rather explain why we don't. It's the same reason we set the Saturday cutoff at 10am rather than 2pm. The later into the weekend you push, the further from market fresh you get."
Need to change something after ordering? Email [email protected], call us on 1300 360 469 (Mon to Fri, 7am to 6pm, Sat 7am to 12pm), or use live chat. If something isn't right with the delivery, get in touch within 24 hours with a photo and we'll sort it out.

Substitution Policy
With six flower types plus decorative elements, some variation is inevitable depending on what's freshest at market. The purple roses and pink gerberas are reliably available. The pink lisianthus, spray roses, and waxflower are common but exact shades shift seasonally. The white oriental lily is widely sourced but the number of open blooms versus buds depends on the stage of the stems available that morning. The bear grass is a florist's design choice and may be replaced with a different line element like steel grass or midollino if the florist prefers or if bear grass isn't in stock. What stays consistent is the pastel pink and purple palette, the mix of textures, and the overall generous style. Any substitution will be of equal or greater value. If you have preferences, call 1300 360 469 and we'll pass them directly to the florist.
