Expectations not met. Not really impressed. Ordered flowers online to celebrate a milestone in my wife's university studies. Cost $130 delivered. Had a message from Lillie's after I placed and paid for the order saying the flowers I just spent half an hour trying to choose, were not available and another arrangement of the same value would be sent instead! I feel the arrangement that came was very small, nice, but certainly not $130 worth. Sorry, and what's the point in even having an option to choose if you're just going to make another one up anyway?! And the handwritten card I had requested was not well written. Cards with flowers are an additional "wow, this person really cares" but the way this note was written did not support this sentiment. Order ref: 522343

I was very happy with my purchase and my overall experience fantastic. The orange mix of flowers that I requested were absolutely beautiful, the bouquet was finished off with an orange bow and a lovely card. My daughter was over the moon and pleasantly surprised. Not same as photo, disappointed. The photos on the website are not a true representation of the flowers that are delivered.

Arrived 2 days too early and not what I had ordered. Website was good, that's why I ordered from there. Had good pictures of flowers you could choose from and you could choose on a calendar what day you wanted delivery.
