Found the process easy enough, always a scary moment when it’s the “Florist's Choice.” Didn’t actually say when it was getting delivered. Booked Thurs evening delivered Sat, which was perfect. Poor service and missing parts of order paid for. My order was not delivered on the day and when it was finally arranged to be delivered on another day it was incomplete. I paid for chocolates that were not delivered with Mum’s flowers. Order ref: 456005
