Below my expectations. The website is not very attractive, I thought I would give it a go, and the flower arrangement was nice, but not what I would consider the larger dollar amount I chose, I also chose Florist Choice to give the arranger more scope. Won’t go back. Your website was fine, it was the flowers that weren’t. The first bunch I bought were terrible and when I complained you sent a second bunch that weren’t much better. Order ref: 535992

Little mistake, best result. The website was easy to navigate and order, we had 1 mistake where I selected an address and for some reason a different state was imposed (was only realised by myself after payment and looking at email confirmation) contacted the site and they got back to me the next morning when they opened.
