Website noted all flowers may not be available for certain bunches, and soon after I placed the order, they sent me an sms and email advising they'd need to modify the ordered bunch at the local florist - I was fine with that. The recipient - who was out at the time - received an sms with a photo on their phone from the delivery person letting them know it was waiting for them. They raced home, and were extremely happy with the bunch of flowers."
