The bunch of roses my friend, Esmè, received was very lovely (she sent me a photo). A lady phoned me to inform me that they can't deliver the same day (I phoned in advanced of 2 pm). That made it a bit difficult. I needed to arrange for Esmè to be at home, without her telling about the surprise flowers. I already knew that she will be at home that same afternoon. I would like to be offered a deluxe package without the extra cost. Unfortunately, it wasn't a surprise anymore for Esmè. Order ref: 291681
