Back in 2007, sitting in our daggy lime green florist shop in Kingscliff with a crawling baby covered in sweat (no air-con back then), we had absolutely no idea we'd one day be delivering flowers to places like Redfern. Fast forward 17 years and here we are, still that same Mum and Dad team, just with way more grey hairs and a network of over 800 partner florists across Australia.

The funny thing about Redfern is it reminds us a bit of our own journey. Just like how Redfern transformed from industrial heartland to creative hub, we transformed from reluctant florists who knew nothing about flowers to, well, slightly less reluctant florists who now know quite a lot about flowers. When we first got to delivering flowers into the Sydney market, like in 2008, we actually had one florist can you believe, she was based not too far from Redfern. Initially, this was awesome, only dealing with one partner florist took the load off, we get an order for Redfern, send it to them (it was by fax machine back then can you believe), get an order for Waterloo, Surry Hills, or Paddington, yep send it to her. It wasn't an issue until we started getting multiple order, say for the North Shore, then Southern Sydney, yeah, you can see how complex it got, and really fast. Now, about Feefo. When we signed up with them in 2013, we were terrified. See, Feefo only collects reviews from people who actually bought something. We can't delete the bad ones, can't get our mates to write nice things. It's completely independent, which for a business selling something as subjective as flowers, was properly scary. One person's "romantic and lush" is another's "bit over the top," right?

But here's the thing, in 2025, just like 2024, we received a Feefo Trusted Service Award. To get this in the flower game isn't easy. You need at least 50 four-star reviews in 12 months. We got over 3,000, with 2,406 being four or five stars. That's not us patting ourselves on the back, that's real customers, spending real money, saying we did alright by them.

For Redfern, we particularly love our Bright Mixed Gerbera's Bunch at $80.75. There's something about gerberas that just works in inner-city apartments. They're bold without being fussy, cheerful without being twee. Perfect for brightening up those converted warehouse spaces or adding life to a terrace house kitchen.

Then there's our Lovely Lilac & Lime Bunch, also $80.75, which has become a bit of a cult favourite. The colour combination is unexpected but works brilliantly against exposed brick or modern minimalist interiors. We've sent hundreds of these to Redfern over the years, often for those "just because" moments or when someone's landed a new gig at one of the creative agencies around there.

Both come with same day delivery if you order before 2PM weekdays, because we know how Redfern works. It's all "I need it yesterday" energy, which we totally get.
