"Flowers that arrive at the shop at 6am should not be going into arrangements until at least 10. They have been on a truck, they are partially dehydrated from transit, and they need time in clean water to rebuild pressure through the stems. A florist who is arranging with stock that came off the truck twenty minutes ago is selling flowers that have not had a chance to recover. The customer will notice it on day three or four when everything wilts ahead of schedule. Our cutoff times exist because the florist needs enough runway to condition, arrange, and deliver while the flowers are at their strongest."
The 2pm weekday and 10am Saturday cutoffs give the florist that runway. Order before those times and your anniversary flowers get built from properly hydrated stems, delivered while conditions are still manageable. We do not deliver on Sundays because flower markets close Saturday afternoon. Any florist offering Sunday delivery is using Friday stock. That is already two days old before it reaches a vase, and roughly 30% of the vase life is already gone. We would rather be honest about that than offer a service that quietly disappoints.

Order online anytime through this page or call us on 1300 360 469 during business hours (Mon to Fri 7am to 6pm, Sat 7am to 12pm). Delivery is $16.95 anywhere in Australia and that fee is subsidised. The actual cost of getting a florist to hand deliver flowers to a specific address is often higher, but we absorb the difference. For Valentine's Day and Mother's Day the same day cutoffs still apply, so plan early on those dates because every florist in the country is flat out.

We work with over 800 florists across Australia. Each one is a real local shop, not a warehouse. If anything goes wrong with your delivery, contact us within 24 hours. We will ask for photos of what arrived from a couple of angles so we can see exactly what was delivered, then we sort it.
