Not value for money! The website appeared easy to navigate and ordering the flowers and delivery was fine. I was very surprised at the small bouquet that my mother received as this was not what I paid for. I was quite disappointed at the arrangement when I saw it in person a it was not my impression of what a medium sized bunch of flowers should be. Order ref: 527353
