Rosehill holds a funny little place in my memory. Andrew told me about his school reunion at the Rosehill Hotel, fifth year out from leaving school. Odd choice really, given the school was in Summer Hill, but nearly everyone showed up. One of the boys had shot up to 6ft7 since graduation and, quite sadly, his knee buckled during the night. Dislocated. Had to be carted off to hospital. Gross, poor bloke. But that memory of Rosehill stuck, and years later when we started building out delivery locations across Sydney, Rosehill was one of those suburbs that felt familiar before we even partnered with a florist there.
If you need flowers delivered to Rosehill, same day, made by a real florist with an actual shopfront, you have found the right place. We have been doing this since 2009, back when most florists did not have websites and people still called their local shop to "wire flowers" interstate.

This is where we differ from the big corporates and the warehouse operations. When you order flowers to Rosehill through Lily's Florist, your order gets routed to one of our partner florists in Western Sydney. These are real florists. Real shops. Real people who went to TAFE or trained under someone who knew what they were doing. Your flowers are not sitting in a box on an Australia Post truck overnight. They are made fresh, that day, by hands that know how to handle a stem.
Our system checks the postcode, checks what the florist has in stock, and routes accordingly. If one partner is out of red roses, it goes to the next closest who has them. Simple. Effective. Fresh.
We started this model back in 2008 when we were still running a little shop in Kingscliff, turning away calls for places like Taree and Townsville because we could not possibly deliver there ourselves. One day, after counting maybe $20 in the till, we thought: what if we stopped saying no? What if we found florists in those towns and asked them to help? So we did. First in Murwillumbah, then Cairns, then everywhere else. Rosehill came later, but the model never changed.
People order flowers for all sorts of reasons and we have seen most of them over 18 years. Birthdays are the obvious one. Someone turns 40 or 50 or 80 and you want to mark it properly. Flowers do that in a way a text message never will.
Anniversaries come up constantly, especially from blokes who have left it to the last minute. We get it. Life gets busy. That is exactly why same day delivery exists.
And then there are hospital flowers. Rosehill sits close enough to Westmead and a few other major hospitals that we see a steady stream of orders from family members wanting to brighten a sterile room. A bunch of natives or a bright mixed arrangement can shift the mood entirely for someone stuck in a hospital bed.
Sometimes there is no occasion at all. Just because. Those orders are honestly some of our favourites.
We have collected over 22,000 reviews on Feefo, an independent platform that only lets verified customers leave feedback. We cannot delete the bad ones. We cannot get mates to write nice things. Every review comes from someone who actually ordered. In 2025, just like 2024, we won a Feefo Trusted Service Award for outstanding customer service. Flowers are subjective, three people can see the same bouquet and think three different things, so putting ourselves out there like that took guts. But 18 years in, we reckon it was worth it.

We are still Australian owned. Still run by a Mum and Dad. Still making decisions at the dinner table rather than in boardrooms. When you order from Lily's Florist, you are supporting a family business, and so are the partner florists who make your flowers.
Flower prices start from $42.95. Order before 2PM on weekdays for same day delivery. Pick your bouquet, add a message, and we will handle the rest.
