Same Day Flowers Delivery - Bilinga Wide
Bilinga is right where the Gold Coast meets the Tweed, that stretch of coastline where the airport hum fades into salt air and the beach feels a little less crowded than Coolangatta or Burleigh Heads. We have come to know it well over the years, not because we planned to, but because life with kids on the Gold Coast means you end up everywhere eventually.
My name is Siobhan. Andrew and I started Lily's Florist back in 2006 from a tiny florist shop on Marine Parade in Kingscliff. We bought it against our accountant's advice, pregnant with our first daughter, knowing nothing about flowers. The full story is on our About Us page but the short version is this: a Yellow Pages ad the previous owner had paid for meant our phone never stopped ringing with flower orders, many of them to places we could not deliver. After months of saying sorry, we started calling florists in those areas and asking if they would help us. They all said yes. That model became Lily's Florist and today we have over 800 partner florists across Australia.

* The Physical Start. Back in 2006, Bilinga was just a short drive north from our shop. We learned these roads by delivering them ourselves, pregnant with Asha and figuring out how to make a national business feel local.
Bilinga was always on our radar because of how close it is to home. We still live in Kingscliff, about 15 minutes south, and the Gold Coast has been woven into our family life for nearly two decades now. Our girls went to school in Reedy Creek for six years. Ivy plays basketball at Carrara on Friday nights. And every Saturday morning, without fail, we are at netball in Mudgeeraba.
Saturday netball at Mudgeeraba has become a bit of a ritual. Ivy plays, we stand on the sidelines trying to stay warm in winter or find shade in summer, and then we pack up and head home. But not before stopping at Golden Times in Bilinga. Andrew cannot function without his espresso and Ivy has developed a serious matcha habit. The cafe has become our unofficial halfway point, a chance to debrief the game and ease back into the weekend. He said, if you are hungry around brunch, go for the 'short roll' for $15, it's a beast..."!

* Our netball gurus Ivy and Asha, plus me, and Andrew, the girls definitely didn't inherit my height!
On warmer days we take the long way home. A quick dip at the beach, sand between the toes, then back in the car smelling like salt water. It is nothing fancy but those small moments add up. Bilinga has become part of our weekly rhythm without us really noticing.
I asked Anna which products she sees going to Bilinga most often. Anna has been with Lily's Florist for over 15 years and is a qualified florist herself, so when she talks about why certain flowers work, she is drawing on actual experience making arrangements and understanding what recipients respond to.
This one gets ordered constantly and sits in our top 5 bunches to Bilinga. Anna reckons it comes down to versatility, but also the way the colours sit together. "Pastels work for almost anything. Birthday, thank you, thinking of you, get well. But the reason florists love making them is the tones complement each other naturally. You are not fighting with contrast, the arrangement just flows. People order it when they want something beautiful but are not sure what the recipient likes. It is a safe choice that still looks impressive when it arrives." With 252 reviews and counting, customers clearly agree.
Another Bilinga favourite. Anna says white arrangements have a sophistication that photographs do not fully capture, partly because of how light plays off the petals in person. "When someone receives an all white arrangement, it feels considered. Elegant. From a florist perspective, white blooms show quality immediately. You cannot hide tired petals in an all white arrangement, everything has to be fresh. It works for sympathy, but also congratulations or a new home. White flowers photograph well too, which matters when people want to share what they received." This one has 254 reviews, making it one of our most reviewed products.
Rounds out the top three and Anna loves this one personally. "Blue tones are unusual in flowers, which is exactly why they stand out. As a florist you do not get to work with blue very often, so when a Blue Mist order comes through there is a bit of excitement in making it. The wow factor is real. People order it when they want something different, something the recipient has not seen before, and it delivers on that." It has 222 reviews from customers who wanted to send something memorable.
Your flowers to Bilinga come from a real florist in a real shop. Not a warehouse. Not a production line. Not stuffed in a box and posted overnight. Our partner florists are trained professionals who take pride in their work, and the couriers they use know the local area. One recent customer said the "flowers were beautiful, delivery spot on" and they would "definitely use us again." Another mentioned "very helpful staff that don't rush" and that the "receiver was very happy with the flowers we chose for her."

* We cut out the "membership fee" burden, when we had out shop, so our Bilinga partners can put more flowers in your bouquet. It was a fair trade for the florist and a better, fuller arrangement for you.
We have won Feefo Trusted Service Awards in 2024 and 2025, based on over 3,000 verified customer reviews. Feefo only collects feedback from real customers who have actually purchased, which means we cannot fake reviews or delete the ones we do not like. A recent reviewer said the flowers were "even better than the illustration" which is exactly what we aim for.
Delivery to Bilinga is $16.95, which we subsidise because the real cost is often higher. For same day delivery, order before 2pm Monday to Friday or 10am Saturday. Our Australian based team is available on 1300 360 469 if you prefer to order by phone or just want some advice on what to send.
