Say you want roses delivered to Bay Street but our main florist only has pink ones left and you specifically wanted red. No drama, the order shifts to another partner nearby, maybe Rockdale way, and they'll sort it. Same day delivery too if you get your order in before 2PM on weekdays.

These florists, they're making proper arrangements. Not some production line setup where everything looks the same. They've got their own style, their own suppliers. Got over 22,000 reviews on Feefo now, even won their award this year. Pretty good for a business that started in a shop painted lime green.
