Same Day Delivery - Burwood Wide
This one feels a bit strange to write, if I'm being honest. Burwood is where Andrew practically grew up. His Dad owned a pharmacy in Westfield Burwood and Andrew would rock up there at least three afternoons a week after school. For years. Not just popping in either. Doing homework in the back room, wandering around the centre, watching his old man chat to customers about scripts and cold tablets and whatever else they needed. That Westfield was his second home.
Here's the weird part. Years later, his to be stepfather owned an optometrist in the same shopping centre. Two blokes who'd end up as family, both running businesses in Westfield Burwood, years apart, neither knowing the other existed at the time. Andrew lived down the road in Strathfield and went to junior school there, so Burwood was always the hub. The place you went for everything.
When someone orders flowers to Burwood through us now, there's something personal about it. Andrew knows those streets. He knows the mix of families who've been there forever and the new apartments going up. He knows the food court and the bus stops and the way the suburb has changed but also kind of stayed the same. It matters to us that Burwood flowers get done properly.
You place your order online or give us a call. Our team in Armidale picks it up (all Australian, no offshore call centres, Anna's been with us 15 years). The order routes straight to one of our partner florists covering Burwood and the inner west.

That florist opens their shop that morning, receives your order, and starts pulling together fresh blooms from what they've got in stock. Not from a warehouse. Not from a box that's been sitting overnight. They make your arrangement by hand, wrap it properly, and either deliver it themselves or use their regular courier who knows the area.
If you order before 2PM on a weekday, it gets there same day. That's the model we've used since 2009 when we convinced our first partner florist in Murwillumbah to take a chance on us. Baby Asha came along for that pitch and broke a gift on the shop floor within 30 seconds of walking in. Brilliant icebreaker actually. That network has grown to over 800 florists now and Burwood has always been well covered because of how much Sydney business we do.
Burwood has a big family community and Mother's Day goes absolutely mental here. We're flat out every May with orders to Burwood addresses. Roses, lilies, mixed arrangements, the lot. Mums getting spoiled as they should be. If you've got a Mum in Burwood and you're not nearby, flowers arriving at her door says something.
Congratulations flowers are another big one. Graduations from the local schools, job promotions, new businesses opening. Burwood has that aspirational energy, families working hard and celebrating wins. Bright colours work well for these. Yellows, oranges, something cheerful that matches the mood.
And look, I'm Sorry flowers are more common than people admit. Life gets busy. You forget something important. You stuff up. A bunch of flowers showing up says what words sometimes struggle to. We send plenty of apology bouquets to Burwood, no judgement here.
Most people spend around $85 to $90 but we've got options from around $55 if you're watching the budget. Chuck in chocolates or a teddy bear if you want to go the whole hog.
Order before 2PM weekdays and your flowers arrive same day. Our partner florists make everything fresh that morning and get it to the door that afternoon.
We've got over 22,500 verified reviews on Feefo and won their Trusted Service Award this year. Real reviews from real customers, not made up rubbish. Our call centre is in Armidale, all Australian staff. Ring us on 1300 360 469 if you'd rather chat to someone.

Still a Mum and Dad business after all these years. Still making decisions at the dinner table or on the drive to netball. Andrew reckons his Dad would find it funny that the kid who used to do homework in the back of the pharmacy now runs a flower delivery network. Burwood has a way of sticking with you.
