Back in 2007 when we first started getting calls at our little florist shop in Kingscliff (not too far down the road which is far easier to get to now with the M1 upgrade - yew), we had no idea that one day we would be delivering flowers to every corner of the Gold Coast, including beautiful Labrador. Here was a review platform that we had zero control over, no way to delete the bad reviews, no way to get our mates to write nice things about us. But we took the plunge because we believed in what we were doing.

To qualify for a Feefo Trusted Service Award, you need at least 50 customer reviews with an average of 4 stars or more in a 12 month period. Sounds easy enough, but remember, flowers are subjective.
