Same Day Delivery - Oxenford Wide
A few weeks ago Asha, our eldest, went to Wet'n'Wild for her Year 12 graduation celebrations with her whole year group. She'd been counting down for weeks. Then, the Monday before, playing GD at HDNA in Mudgeeraba, she had a massive stack on the courts. Gravel rash on both hands, one elbow, both knees, the side of her calf. She was devastated, not because of the pain but because she knew Wet'n'Wild was days away and she'd be a mess of scabs and stinging chlorine.

* This is us, Asha is far right. Andew, Ivy and me
Mum to the rescue. We patched her up properly, kept everything clean and covered, and by the time the bus rolled out she was ready to go. Sore, yes, but there. That's what you do for your kids.
My name is Siobhan, I own Lily's Florist with my partner Andrew, and we've spent the past six years driving up and down the M1 to the Gold Coast for netball, basketball, school pickups, and apparently now graduation celebrations at theme parks. Oxenford is part of that regular run for us, the stretch where the highway opens up past Helensvale and you start seeing the roller coasters peeking over the trees.
When you order flowers to Oxenford, they're made by one of our partner florists who knows this part of the Gold Coast. A real florist with a real shop, not a warehouse operation boxing up flowers for Australia Post. Your order gets routed based on the recipient's postcode and what stock is available that day, made fresh that morning, and hand delivered by a local courier.

We deliver flowers to Oxenford Monday to Saturday. Order before 2pm on weekdays or 10am on Saturdays and we guarantee same day delivery. Our delivery fee is $16.95, and we subsidise the actual cost for most deliveries so you're not hit with unexpected charges at checkout.
If something goes wrong, and occasionally it does, we're contactable six days a week by phone, email or live chat. Our team is Australian based, including Anna who's been with us for 15 years and actually trained as a florist before joining us. When you call, you talk to someone who knows flowers and knows how to fix problems.
We bought a tiny florist and gift shop in Kingscliff back in 2006. Zero flower experience, a baby on the way, and our accountant explicitly told us not to do it. We did it anyway. The previous owner had just taken out a Yellow Pages ad, and suddenly we were drowning in calls for flower deliveries to places we couldn't reach. Murwillumbah. Coolangatta. Random towns across Australia.
After months of saying sorry, we had an idea. What if we found florists in those areas and asked them to make the flowers for us? No fees, just a simple arrangement where they added extra stems to cover our commission. The first florist said yes. Then the next. By 2009 we'd built a network, created Lily's Florist as a brand, and eventually grew to over 800 partner florists across Australia.

* Our OG shop in Kingscliff, got to love the lime green walls.
We're still the same Mum and Dad running things. No boardroom, no marketing team, no offshore call centre. Business decisions get made at the dinner table or in the car on the way to netball.
We use Feefo for reviews because it's one of the only platforms where you can only leave a review if you've actually bought something. We have no control over what gets posted. Holly recently wrote that we went to extra effort when she made an error with her delivery address. Dale ordered from the States and found the whole process easy, flowers arrived on time. Another customer described us as polite, helpful and responsive, which is exactly what we aim for.
We won Feefo's Trusted Service Award in 2024 and again in 2025. You need at least 50 reviews averaging 4 stars over 12 months to qualify. We had over 3,000 verified reviews in that period.

Oxenford has a real mix. Families in the established estates, newer developments, retirement living, and of course all the tourism around the theme parks. You might be sending birthday flowers to grandparents, congratulating friends on a new home, thanking someone who helped out during a tough time, or sending sympathy flowers after a loss.
For hospitals and aged care, we recommend our boxed arrangements that don't need a vase and require minimal fuss. For homes, our florists can put together anything from a bright bunch to an elegant arrangement depending on your budget and the recipient's taste.
Order online before 2pm weekdays or 10am Saturdays for same day delivery. Or call us on 1300 360 469 if you'd prefer to speak with someone. We're a family business that started with one shop, one stubborn idea, and a lot of early mornings. Oxenford is part of our regular Gold Coast run now, and we're genuinely proud to deliver flowers there.
